Our rooms are guaranteed from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Le Bistrot des Hauts de Loire is a friendly, relaxed spot, decorated with antique engravings and objects steeped in history, evoking the atmosphere of a family home. The cuisine is rooted in the local terroir, featuring meats cooked on a spit or in the only charcoal oven in the region.
Is the Bistrot open to everyone, even if you aren't staying at the hotel?
Yes, the Bistrot is open to the public. We do recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, which can be done online or by phone.
Are pets allowed at the Bistrot?
Yes, unlike in our fine dining restaurant, dogs are welcome at the Bistrot.
Can I combine a meal at the Bistrot with a spa treatment?
Yes, the hotel offers a "Bistrot and Spa" package starting at €145 per person, which includes a Clarins treatment (30 or 60 minutes), one hour of spa access (sauna, steam room, herbal tea lounge), and a full lunch at the Bistrot with drinks included.

The Spa by Clarins features a sauna, a steam room, individual and duo treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, and a Clarins product bar. A heated outdoor pool (open in summer) and a fully equipped fitness room complete the estate's wellness offerings.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to access the Spa?
No, the Spa by Clarins is open to outside guests by appointment from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
What types of treatments are available?

Are there any packages that combine the spa with dining?

Is the spa open all year round?
The spa is open year-round, but it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during the winter season (starting November 1st). These hours are subject to change; we recommend checking availability before your visit.
Can I purchase a gift voucher for a spa treatment?

The main seminar room, “Les Cèdres,” can accommodate up to 40 participants. Our smaller lounge, “La Bruyère,” is perfect for more intimate meetings of 6 to 10 people.
Can the entire hotel be booked for a private event?
Yes, Les Hauts de Loire offers full privatization of the estate for private events: all rooms, dining areas, gardens, and reception spaces are dedicated exclusively to your event.
